CFM International, la société commune à 50/50 de GE et Snecma (Safran), y a notamment exposé son nouveau moteur, le CFM56. À plein régime, ce modèle peut générer une poussée d’environ 34.000 livres. Grâce à ses technologies innovantes, GE a récolté à Farnborough plus de 36 milliards de dollars de nouveaux contrats.
